What happens after I submit this form?
John reads it — there is no sales team in between. You get a reply within one business day with one of three things: a payment link, an invoice, or a request for a short call if the fit is not obvious from the form. Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled until you have agreed to it.
What does it cost, and when do I pay?
The Workflow Clarity Audit is AUD $399, fixed. There are three founding spots at AUD $199 still open. You pay after the fit is confirmed and before the deeper questionnaire, by card through Stripe or by invoice if you prefer. The price does not move once it is quoted, and there are no extras added later.
How much of my time does it take?
About 60 to 75 minutes in total. The enquiry form takes two minutes, the questionnaire after payment takes most people 20 to 30 minutes, and there is an optional 30-minute call if a conversation would make the workflow clearer. If the questionnaire already tells the story, there is no meeting for the sake of one.
What should I have ready before I start?
Nothing prepared, but two things are worth thinking about: where you believe time or leads are leaking, and which systems you already run — job management, calendar, CRM, accounting, phones. You do not need documentation, diagrams, or tidy processes. Messy is normal and it is what the audit is for.
Do you come to us, or is it done remotely?
If you are on the Mornington Peninsula or in south-east Melbourne, John comes to you — the audit happens on-site and in person, because watching how a job actually moves through your business shows more in twenty minutes than a form does in a week. Businesses further afield get the same audit delivered remotely, with the same process and the same plan.
What if we are not a good fit?
Then you are told before you pay, not after. Lumomatics is deliberately narrow — it suits owner-led businesses with roughly 3 to 30 staff and real, repeated admin pain. If your problem sits outside that, you get a straight answer and, where possible, a pointer to someone better placed to help.
What if I do not like the recommendations?
Come back within 14 days of delivery and they get revised. The audit is not finished until you have a plan you would actually act on. The 14-day window also covers questions about the findings, at no extra cost.
