How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, from John. Email is the fastest route and it goes straight to him — there is no ticketing system, no account manager, and no automated qualifying sequence in between.
Do I have to book an audit to talk to you?
No. Plenty of enquiries get answered in a reply, at no cost. If the fix is obvious, you get it in writing. A paid audit is only suggested when the problem genuinely needs the time to map properly, and you will be told which of the two you are looking at.
What happens on the free 15-minute call?
Questions about where work is leaking, and what you already run. No slide deck and no presentation. By the end you should know whether Lumomatics can help, roughly what it would cost, and what the sensible first step is — including the possibility that the first step costs nothing.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you are on the Mornington Peninsula or in south-east Melbourne. Lumomatics is based in Red Hill and works on-site with local businesses — walking your actual workflow, in your actual office. Further afield, everything is done remotely by call and email, with the same process.
What will you do with my details?
